Technology Service and Solutions (TSS) is the County of Santa Clara’s primary Information Technology solutions provider. Partnering with other County departments and local governments, TSS develops innovative, cost-effective technology solutions that aim to enhance the quality of life for the residents of Santa Clara County. TSS is where creativity thrives.

TSS manages a large customer portfolio and works with our business partners to ensure County residents have access to essential services. We implement technology solutions that transform the way the County and community do business and invest to enable continued growth of our existing solutions. TSS employees take the time to connect with each other. We plan in-person holiday potlucks, summer barbeques, as well as online events like the Pet Halloween Costume Contest, Holiday Home Decoration Contest, barbeques, and the TSS t-shirt design contest. Employees also stay connected via our newsletter and quarterly All Staff Meetings.
